Terms & Conditions
All parts are fitted by a suitably competent person, who observes all relevant safety procedures such as working with the electricity dosconnected using the correct tools, safety equipment, etc. Please make sure you have correctly diagnosed the fault(s) on your appliance(s), and the part(s) you are ordering is/have been identified as those needed to repair your appliance(s)
We do not supply spare parts to use for fault finding purposes. All our spares are supplied by the respective manufacturers and are genuine spares. We do not sell spares of inferior quality from third party companies.
Delivery
All goods are despatched the same day if it is a stocked item by first class post or parcel force on heavier items. We will keep you informed of any delays with your order (within our power), i.e. if the item is out of stock, and give a likely delivery time if possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from problems within the delivery company, but we shall do our best to resolve delivery issues once they are brought to our attention.
Returns
Customers may return a part and expect a full refund under the following circumstances:
- The spare received from us is proven to be faulty
- The spare received was damaged in transit through no fault of the customer
- The spare received was wrongly supplied by ourselves
- The customer has ordered the wrong part and wishes to exchange it for the correct part (refunds/extra costs may be incurred if the price of the replacement is more or less than the item being returned)
- The customer has ordered the wrong part and wishes to return it.
ALL RETURNED PARTS MUST BE UNUSED, UNMARKED AND UNDAMAGED.
Please take care of any goods sent to you, and make sure to take extra care when fitting the part(s). We will not accept returns for parts that have been damaged whilst fitting.
Please inspect package and contents once received for damages, and notify both us and the delivery company immediately if any damage is found.
If a part has been sent by special delivery (agreed by both parties beforehand), and was clearly stated as nonreturnable, a refund will not be given. In special circumstances a partial refund may be offered at our discretion. A restocking fee may apply.
These terms and conditions are set out to offer clarity in the way we trade, which is fair to both the customers and ourselves.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
